The home has a double bedroom with space that could be used to accommodate an additional bed. Also included is a kitchen, dining room with a fireplace, TV, and a garage. Outside is a beautiful garden.

The house consists of two floors. On the first (ground) floor there is a furnished kitchen (oven, refrigerator, microwave), and a dining room with a fireplace and TV, a complete bathroom with shower tub. |

A wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where the double bedroom with TV is located. There is space for a small supplementary bed. The balcony off the bedroom is great for relaxing in the sun. |

From the view of the bedroom, it is possible to see the home's garden extending to a panoramic view of Infiesto's spectacular valley.
Infiesto is the capital of Piloña County and you will have access to the community's services including: bus, train, supermarkets, drugstore, hospital, shopping, and restaurants. |

El Trébano es una vivienda ideal para apartarse del mundanal ruido, en una zona muy tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza. El jardín dispone de un pequeño hórreo (construcción típica de la zona), y debajo de él se puede disfrutar de un lugar a la sombra donde leer u organizar una velada única.
Toda la finca esta cerrada por una cerca de madera. No se aceptan animales de compañía en la vivienda. |

From Santander on A-8 Highway , in Llovio (Ribadesella), exit onto N-634 toward Arriondas. Bypass Arriondas continuing directly to Infiesto.

From Oviedo , take Highway A-64, toward Santander , and in Lieres, exit onto N-634, towards Nava-Infiesto. By continuing on N-634, you will bypass Nava, driving directly to Infiesto. |
